- Constructive Criticism Only: If providing feedback, focus on constructive, actionable advice. Avoid dismissive or overly critical comments. Our goal is to build each other up.
3. Support Over Self-Promotion
- Promote Community, Not Products: This community is built on mutual support, not self-promotion. Please avoid self-promotion or sales pitches. When sharing resources or content, ensure it adds genuine value to members.
- Designated Self-Promotion Spaces: We may have dedicated channels for members to share their businesses, services, or projects. Keep promotional content within these spaces.
- Share to Give, Not to Take: Before promoting something, ask yourself: “Am I sharing this to help others?” Prioritize giving over gaining, and contribute content that is genuinely helpful.
4. Protect Privacy and Confidentiality
- Respect Privacy: Do not share other members' personal or business information outside of this community. Protect each other’s privacy by not disclosing sensitive information discussed here.
- Keep Conversations Confidential: Avoid sharing discussions or content from the community on other platforms unless given permission. This community is a trusted space, and we depend on each member to maintain that trust
5. Contribute to a Positive Community Atmosphere
- Celebrate Successes: Encourage and celebrate each other's achievements, big or small. Recognize members’ milestones to keep the community uplifting and supportive.
- Lead with Empathy: Understand that every member’s journey is unique, with its own set of challenges. Approach discussions with empathy, and recognize that we’re all learning and growing.
- Report Concerns: If you see behavior that doesn’t align with our guidelines, please report it to the moderators. We aim to address issues promptly and ensure the community remains a safe and respectful space for all.
6. Be Open to Growth and Learning
- Stay Receptive: Embrace new ideas, perspectives, and constructive feedback. We’re here to grow—personally and professionally—and openness to learning from each other is key to success.
- Ask for Help, and Offer It Freely: Don’t hesitate to ask for advice or guidance. Similarly, if you see someone in need of help, offer your knowledge and support. We all benefit when we work together.
